Adeel Omer is the Lumen Marketing leader responsible for Lumen’s Brand and Solutions Marketing, Analyst Relations and Premium Content organizations. His team is focused on creating the differentiated value propositions that drive Lumen’s role as a technology company built for the fourth industrial revolution.
In his current role, Adeel’s focus has been guide Lumen’s pivotal role in driving digital business models that use data, AI and automation using adaptive networking, automated cloud, and network-integrated security, and aligning to the products, solutions and services that only Lumen brings to the table. Adeel also leads the Lumen organizations that work with industry analysts, solution consultants, and influencers to help guide and inform customer purchase decisions.
Prior to this role, Adeel led Dell Technologies messaging across seven brands to drive campaigns and solutions alignment for companies that ran a combined $90B revenue.
A veteran of multiple technology companies, Adeel has previously held various brand and product marketing, product management, and software architecture roles at Dell EMC and IBM. An alumnus of The University of Texas, Austin, he is a computer scientist by training, the holder of two US Patents, and in his free time, continues to write code to automate all aspects of his connected home.
