Jim Carlson’s career with Lumen has spanned 34 years and he has held roles in IT, Finance, Billing, Product Management, Product Development Marketing and Sales. Jim has led initiatives at Lumen to bring new technologies to market, rationalize Lumen’s product portfolio and Lumen’s entry into the “web world”. He currently works with Lumen sales teams across the country helping them describe the power of Lumen’s Public Safety portfolio of solutions to their customers.
