Pinder Gill is an innovative leader with proven track-record in sales, strategy and execution. She has been in technology industry for 20+ years with demonstrated ability to design and execute unique go-to-market strategies from start-ups to global fortune 1 enterprises. Pinder has been responsible for some of Lumen’s largest and most strategic customers. As a General Manager of Colorado, Pinder’s mission is to be the Gold Standard in delivering relevant technology solutions as Enterprises embark on business transformations. Pinder has her Bachelors of Science in Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) from Regis University, and is an Emerging Leaders Alumni. Pinder enjoys the Colorado lifestyle with her husband and 2 boys. She also invests her spare time in nonprofits focused on underprivileged students gaining entrance into higher education and serves on board for Colorado Technology Association. Pinder’s leadership style is characterized by optimism for better experience, with her ethos centered around authenticity to create transformative organizations.
